Nothing describes matched energy more than the scene that played out between a Frontier Airlines passenger and a fed-up stewardess in Florida. The disgruntled passenger was causing a scene on the flight, and the no-nonsense stewardess put her right in her place. Another passenger seated just in front recorded the entire exchange using his front camera. The clip was posted in parts on TikTok.
The exchange began after the disgruntled passenger accused the stewardess of having “issues” and claimed that she “triggered” her. “Honey, go see a specialist because you’re too much,” the stewardess advised. Not skipping a beat, the passenger retorted, “You too!” She stated that all she needed was “a little bit of respect and kindness as a customer,” to which the stewardess demanded the same as well.
When the customer kept insisting that she was triggered, the stewardess joked, “Are you from here? Good luck, cause you’re in Florida, you’re going to be very triggered.”
In the second part of the clip, after they had continued back and forth for a couple of moments, the stewardess called for security, raising cheers and applause from other passengers. “She is quiet now,” the passenger recording the video said to the camera. “Look at her,” he said, pointing at the disgruntled passenger. In the last part of the clip, the stewardess schooled the passenger, who had gone quiet. “You are in control of your own actions. You need to act like an adult. You understand me? One more word, one more curse word in front of these kids and that’s it,” she stated to the passenger who listened reluctantly.
As expected, TikTokers flooded the comments.
“She’s giving big sister energy. Like she had to keep younger siblings in check her whole life, lol,” a user wrote. Another one said, “How does one prompt something to where they need to be spoken to this way as a grown adult… Genuinely, I think high school was the last time my parents or anyone took this tone with me.” A couple of users praised the stewardess. “We need to know who this ABSOLUTE QUEEN is to make sure she has an amazing holiday!” one wrote.
Another gushed, “Omg, I love her. You know she is fun and the best as long as you behave.” Someone else wrote, “Flight attendants are truly under-appreciated, that lady needs a raise,” and another added, “God damn, that stewardess is not playing around. She is gorgeous. I hope this goes viral and she gets a modelling contract.”
Someone else pointed out, “I work for an airline. They will not hesitate to put you on a no-fly list for a minimum of a year. Acting out in an aircraft and not listening to the crew is dangerous.” Another user asked, “Has anybody seen an in-flight argument where the passenger won? I haven’t.”
Obviously annoyed by the passenger’s behavior, a TikToker wrote, “People behave like the no-fly list doesn’t exist. The one place you won’t catch me acting up is on a MFING plane.” Another said, “They really need to stop serving alcohol at airports, I bet we’d cut these types of problems down by 90%”. A last user stated, “When other passengers clap because security is called, that tells me all I need to know about who is at fault in the situation.”
There is no doubt that the air stewardess handled the situation with class while still standing her ground.
