Just like the previous expansions, after the end credits roll and you’re done with Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker story contents, it is now the time to dig into the post-game content and collect Tomestones. In Endwalker, FFXIV introduces two new Tomestones for you to grind in order to get high-tier gear for tackling Raids and Trials, Allagan Tomestones of Aphorism and Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy. Here’s how to farm the new Tomestone currencies and where you can find the gear vendor and in FFXIV: Endwalker.
FFXIV: Endwalker – How to Get Allagan Tomestones
As stated above, first you need to finish all of FFXIV: Endwalker Main Scenario Quests and reach Level 90. You can now start grinding for Allagan Tomestones of Aphorism by completing daily roulettes and activities or by doing Raids and Dungeon runs:
- Mentor Roulette: 30 Allagan Tomestones.
- Frontlines: 50 Allagan Tomestones.
- Normal Raids: 60 Allagan Tomestones.
- Trials: 60 Allagan Tomestones.
- Expert Dungeons: 80 Allagan Tomestones.
- Leveling Dungeons: 100 Allagan Tomestones.
- Main Scenario: 100 Allagan Tomestones.
- Level 50/60/70/80 Dungeons: 120 Allagan Tomestones.
- Alliance Raids: 120 Allagan Tomestones.
Once you’ve completed your daily objectives, you can go on to Level 90 dungeons and grind them indefinitely until the dailies are reset. It’s important to remember that while you can farm Allagan Tomestones of Aphorism infinitely, you can only earn 450 Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy 450 each week. Also, you can only hold up to 2,000 Tomestones so don’t be too stingy with them!
FFXIV: Endwalker – Where to Find Tomestone Vendor
The Tomestone Vendor for FFXIV: Endwalker is located in the City of Radz-at-Han. Talk to Cihanti, the Tomestone Exchange NPC, in the market northwest of the Aetheryte, precisely at the X 10.8, Y 10.4 coordinates. She will exchange your Tomestones for Item Level 570 gears:
- Moonward Weapons:
- Weapons: 500 Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism
- Paladin Sword: 350 Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism
- Paladin Shield: 150 Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism
- Moonward Armor:
- Helm: 245 Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism
- Chest: 410 Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism
- Gloves: 245 Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism
- Legs: 410 Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism
- Feet: 245 Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism
- Moonward Accessories: 180 Allagan Tomestone of Aphorism.
As well as Tomestone of Astronomy that allows you to purchase Item Level 590+ gears. However, at the time of writing, this system is yet to be implemented.
