Following a trend of Unreal versions of the first series of Primals, the most recent being Shiva, Titan becomes the next Final Fantasy Trial that’s sure to put you to the ultimate test. The Navel (Unreal) allows you to challenge Titan again at level 80, this time offering a little more than outdated equipment and an armful of headaches and regrets.
How to Unlock Titan Unreal
To unlock the Unreal version of Titan, you must first complete the “Fantastic Mr. Faux” quest in Idyllshire from the Painfully Ishgardian Man. To get that, you need to complete the Main Scenario Quest “Shadowbringers” as well as “Keeping Up with the Aliapohs,” a side quest. Once you’ve done all this, completing the Unreal of Shiva will automatically unlock the Unreal version of Titan for you in the Raid Finder.
While all of the Unreal Primal fights up until this point have really demanded an assembled or, at the very least, knowledgeable party, it’s still worth noting that this one is going to be an Unreal fight unlike any other due to the mechanics that have been present in previous versions of this trial that provide quite a challenge to this day for some players. Expect people falling off the platform and failing to do certain DPS checks so it might be a good idea to assemble a party and brush up on mechanics if you wish to complete this trial.

You will need a minimum item level of 430 and will sync to 435 provided your item level is higher. While there aren’t any totems at stake here, completing this Trial successfully will earn you 20 Tomestones of Allegory and 10 Tomestones of Revelation. Also note that if this Trial fills all the circumstances of previous Unreal Primal fights, this Trial will only be available until the next one is revealed – presumably in the next major patch – so if you really want to take part in this Trial, now is the time.
Hopefully, this guide helped you with unlocking the Titan Unreal in Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers. If it did, be sure to let me know. As well, share it around so it can help others.
