There were only four changes here, but that was expected. Usually, the day-one patches bring changes a lot, and the next patches only bring a few changes. Undoubtedly, gamers don’t like downloading updates every day. But there’s a reason why Square Enix chose to release an update containing only four changes. That’s because they’re probably important as they affect the gameplay quality for some, and the download shouldn’t be skipped. We could see similar updates containing a few changes, so ensure your console downloads the patches automatically. Considering the game is only on PS5, the console’s rest mode downloads the updates automatically, which is a good solution.

It’s also worth noting that the game’s day one version is much better than the demo release. The first thing developers fixed was the poor optimization; now, it works just fine. PlayStation 5 has a power that shouldn’t be underestimated, and the developers use the benefits of that. Some PC games could fail by offering an optimized performance, but the thing is much easier in consoles. If you’re still experiencing problems, don’t worry.
