Final Fantasy fans will get a chance to fuel up with the energy of a chocobo! Square Enix and Jones Soda Co. are teaming up to create the first Final Fantasy-themed soda in North America. Fans can celebrate the release of Final Fantasy XV with a bottle of Wiz’s Energizing Elixir. This orange and cream flavored soda is based on Final Fantasy XV‘s “Wiz Chocobo® Post”. Starting November 29th, Target stores will offer a free bottle of Wiz’s Energizing Elixir with any purchase of Final Fantasy XV. The drink can also be bought separately for $2.99. However, fans will need to act quickly, since supplies will not last for long. Wiz’s Energizing Elixir is likely to sell out “KWEH-kly”!

This isn’t Jones Soda Co.’s first experience with gaming soft drinks, though. The company worked with Bethesda to make a themed soda for Fallout 4’s release. Also exclusive to Target, the Nuka-Cola inspired soft drink sold out almost immediately. Fortunately, Bethesda announced a second run shortly after. There is still no word on whether Jones Soda Co. will release a second round of Wiz’s Energizing Elixir.

Aside from their Final Fantasy-themed soda, Square Enix has gone to great lengths to appeal to its fans. Final Fantasy XV got the musical treatment last summer with a concert at Abbey Road. The London Philharmonic Orchestra performed the game’s soundtrack. Square Enix, like other companies, recognizes the value of immersing its fans into the games they develop. The worlds of Final Fantasy are colorful and lively places. Placing them into the real world brings fans closer to their favorite games.

Final Fantasy XV releases on November 29th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
