Super Bowl Sunday has become almost an unofficial holiday for the United States, as many will tune in to see who is crowned champion of the NFL. Although not everyone is watching for the football. Some are just all about the legendary half-time performances, and this year’s will feature Puerto Rican rapper, Bad Bunny.
The woman would then take to TikTok to talk about her situation, as she and her husband to be are Bad Bunny fans. The video has since gone viral with around 300K views and 31K likes, as the Florida bride continues to go over the details. The woman claimed that the wedding being on Super Bowl Sunday doesn’t mean much to her. She and her husband are not big football fans, as stated in the clip. However, she does state that any of the guests who have an issue can just stay home. However, the video comments were seemingly more confused about a Sunday wedding. One even said, “That’s an immediate no.”
Florida TikTok Woman Has Wedding on Super Bowl Sunday
As the video progresses, the woman finally opens up about her and her husband’s Bad Bunny fanhood. They were even planning on walking into their wedding reception to a Bad Bunny song, the woman can be heard saying in the TikTok. However, despite being fans of the artist, the woman then claims to be getting married in Miami. The city of Miami is known to have a large percentage of citizens with Latino or Hispanic backgrounds. With Bad Bunny being from Puerto Rico, the artist will seemingly have a lot of fans in the area.
The Florida woman then says, “They are going to hate us,” when speaking about their wedding guests. It’s clear that the couple was planning to play a lot of Bad Bunny at the wedding. Although with him headlining the Super Bowl, his songs may be everywhere for a while. The TikTok also has text that reads, “Should I cancel my wedding, yes or no?”
As the TikTok cuts off, the Florida woman can be heard saying, “I love that for me.” She is also clearly a little annoyed by the situation. However, despite Bad Bunny playing the Super Bowl, this woman should be able to play whatever songs she likes during her big day.
