The dog was seen moving around the balcony and attempting to drink rainwater that had collected on the floor. “Oh my God, I’m dying,” the woman said as she watched the scene. “Look at him licking the floor to get some water,” she added, pointing out that the dog appeared to be thirsty as it continued licking the ground.
At the end of the video, the woman spoke about the situation and said that the dog was in bad shape. She asked viewers to share the video in hopes of helping save the dog from the “nightmare” it was living through. She also said the dog was malnourished and had no access to food or water.
