Aligning the star sensors by Damaging them in the Correct Order is an Oathbound quest in the game. You can find the location for this mission at the Hidden Henge center of the large circle. There is a central platform and a moon located on it. There are five sensors around the moon, and you need to damage each sensor correctly according to the moon displayed at the top of the platform.

Each player gets the same Order in which you must damage the sensors. Therefore,  you need to observe the moon and damage the sensors accordingly.
