Forza Horizon 5 has received a new update patch today April 5, 2023, and here is the complete list of changes and fixes. Forza Horizon 5 April 5 Update Patch Notes
General
- Fixed an issue where the game could crash while loading a car tuning made before the previous update
- Fixed an issue in Horizon Rally where pace notes were inaudible for non-English languages
- Fixed an issue with the UI where certain rewards for collecting cars were displaying incorrect credit values
- Fixed an issue where it wasn’t possible to re-acquire Rally Adventure cars from the Autoshow after unlocking those through the campaign
- Game stability fixes

FH5 Known Issues
The Forza support team continuously updates issues that players report to them. With today’s update, there are still several aspects affecting gamers that the team is still working to resolve. We have compiled some of the issues below;
Settings
- Settings – Traction control turns back on despite difficulty settings after completing a Horizon Rally Event. (Date Updated: 04.04.23)
Super 7
- Super 7 – Dust Storm and Tropical Storm weren’t selectable options in Challenge Card Weather Settings.
UI
- Players are not getting the reward for completing car collections (3158370) (Date Updated: 02.07.22)
- Leaderboards – Using the “Near Me” filter jumps to the top when scrolling (3157816) (Date Updated: 03.18.22)
- Map – Players’ dots on the map may appear to be driving a D-class car (3093192)
- Settings – Rivals – Game Speed settings did not tell players about flagging of rivals’ laps. Players must set the Offline Game speed to 100 to set a rival’s lap. (3802589) (Date Updated: 08.15.22)
- Horizon Promo – Mercedes AMG One 2021 displays as both captured and not captured after a photo is taken. (3346091) (Date Updated: 11.08.22)
- Bonus board stats are displaying much higher numbers than they’re supposed to.

- Seasonal PG Games – Team Flag Rush – Score may display as 0 instead of the actual score. This does not affect the match’s outcome, just the score display. (3786358) (Date Updated: 02.21.23)
