Gamer Block is one of the many different subscription boxes provided by NerdBlock. This is our first Gamer Block box and I must say I was truly impressed. I will show you what was inside but first, let’s talk a little about the box.
When you go to their website, nerdblock.com/gamer , you are faced with your first choice. Do you want the M for mature or E for Everyone?
If you choose Mature, according to their website, you will get “more of what you love with less restrictions. You’ll receive 4-6 fun collectibles & one exclusive T-shirt.”
If you choose E for Everyone, you will receive “feature brands suited for the whole family. You’ll receive 4-6 fun collectibles & one exclusive T-shirt.”
Cost: Starts at $19.99/month
We received the E for Everyone Gamer Block. So, why did I like this box so much? Let’s take a look and find out.
Ghostly High Score T-Shirt: You must recognize these ghosts, right? This is a great shirt. I love that the ghosts are getting scared reading spooky stories.
Virtual Reality Headset: I was so excited when I saw this in the box. I work with these all the time at my job teaching students about technology. But now, our family can have some fun at home!
Super Mario Multi-Tool: This is a collector’s edition Mario Key ring with different tools incorporated into it. This would be very handy to have. You never know when you’re goig to need a screwdriver or bottle opener. And it’s Mario!
Five Nights At Freddy’s Socks: These exclusive socks are cute. You would never know this is from a scary game! I’ve actually never played the game but my kids have and I’ve heard a lot about it.
Steredenn: This is a free downloadable Steam game with and exclusive box for packaging. Any time you can get a free game, it’s a good day, right?
The GhostVacuum 5000 pin: This pin represents the thing that most ghosts (in the gaming world) fear. It reminds me of Luigi’s Mansion (I loved that game!).
Finally, we have the Nerd Block Magazine (Gamer E version) that has some good reads and information about the box.
How can you go wrong when you get a box like this in the mail? Gamer Block provided entertainment, apparel, collectibles and useful tools. This is a great box and if you’re a gamer, you should definitely consider signing up. These boxes start at $15.99. We reviewed the March 2017 box and you have 3 more days to get in on the April Box (preview of what you will get below). Use our Link and head over to their website and check it out!
If you have kids, you should read our Nerd Block, Jr. Review! We loved this box too!
