A lot of people have moaned about really needing a Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, It’s undeniably one of the most classic games on the Xbox 360 and a hugely popular franchise.
A staple part of Microsofts game plan to keep people hooked on their console, I for one brought a brand new TV just for Gears of War 2.
But this week sees the charts doing all the talking as Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is sitting comfortably a top the all format charts, beating off competition from 5 newly released titles over the last week, apparently this game matters to a wide audience, be it the new Xbox One generation that’s heard so much about the classic or is it the older fan tripping on a mad nostalgia hype?
I for one am playing Final Fantasy VII on my iPhone 6 plus and Final Fantasy X on my PS4 for the exact same reason, Nostalgia is an amazing thing, finishing all those harder difficulties as your skill and waist line has increased with age.
Sonys new exclusive horror IP Until Dawn did well coming in at second, last weeks number One Lego: Jurassic Park fell to fifth behind Disney Infinity 3.0 and Madden NFL 16 coming in at third and forth.
