Geek Fuel is celebrating the movie Deadpool, which was released this month, with several items associated with the movie and the character.  For instance, take a look at this chimichanga:

Okay, so it’s not a real chimichanga but it sure does make you want to go to your local Mexican restaurant and order one up.  So what was inside all rolled up?  Take a look:

Continuing the Deadpool theme, there was also a keychain in this month’s mystery box.

Deadpool was on the cover of the Geek Fuel Magazine, a magazine included in the box each month. It also had some content devoted to Deadpool with the article, Five Roles Prepping Ryan Reynolds for Deadpool. the magazine also paid tribute to Alan Rickman, and there was information about the free game download (also included in this month’s box), Elliot Quest.

As previously mentioned, Geek Fuel included a free downloadable game, Elliot Quest, which was packaged as a puzzle.

As modeled below by one of the cutest models we have, my son, Brayden, we also received this hat in our mystery box.  According to the Geek Fuel Magazine, this hat is inspired by the beanie Ma Cobb sent to Jayne in the television show, Firefly.  They also say everyone needs to have a hat to wear with your brown coat.  In fact, Geek Fuel had a Browncoat contest where you could enter to win a Firefly prize package.

The final item in our Geek Fuel mystery box for February was a copy of Retro Magazine.

Geek Fuel continues to be one of our favorite subscription boxes as their boxes are full of amazing items including t-shirts and downloadable games and they always seem to have a theme for whatever is “in” at the time.

GeekFuel offers a monthly subscription, for $17.90 + S&H, which comes with a box packed with limited edition toys, collectibles, games, comics, stickers, buttons, and other fun stuff. While the contents vary by month, you will ALWAYS get an exclusive t-shirt in your shipment. If you use our link, you will get $3.00 your first order.

I am the wife of a real nerd who has developed some nerd-like tendencies along the way. I am a mom of two teenagers who is still trying to figure out what she wants to be when she grows up! I spend my days working at the local community & technical college as a Director of Business & Industry training. At night and on weekends, I love spending time with family, binge-watching tv series, playing video games with the kids, graphic design, and, yes, reviewing products. I have my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communication and contemplating a Doctorate…I consider myself a lifetime learner!
