The holiday season is over and it is a new year but we wanted to share a package we received in December from GeekFuel with you. We always look forward to receiving these packages and checking out what is inside and December’s box did not disappoint. Let’s take a look at what we found.
With the release of the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens movie, in theaters, there was, no doubt, some Star Wars stuff inside. For instance, take a look at this really cool greeting card…
This looks like a really nice card to share with a friend to cheer them up or give them encouragement. Even though it was in the December box, it did not “scream” Christmas to me. It could be used any time of year.
This brought me back to my childhood/teenage years when I used to love this liquid candy. And, even crazier, I like chewing on that wax! I recently tried this liquid candy again and it just wasn’t as cool as it used to be! Even so, these lightsabers were pretty darn cool!
This little eraser would be a great item to return to school with after the holidays. All those little geeks who are subscribers or have parents who are will most likely score this for their backpack.
Now, I will be the first to admit this little item in a non-labeled black box had me confused at first. Then, read the card and realized it was a really cool item! This is a Star Wars Death Star Mold…You can mold crafts, candy, and basically anything else that has the ability to be molded. That is pretty cool! I can see that coming in handy for a Star Wars themed party…Star Wars Death Star Cheeseball, anyone? That item concluded the Star Wars stuff…Then we moved on to Bart Simpson.
Yes, this is from the Vault of Simpsonology series and we got Bart’s book. Apparently, some GeekFuel boxes have Homer’s book. Apparently, we can get some life advice from Bart and Homer from these books. I don’t know about you but that’s a little scary to me!
Another item in the box that is pretty cool and somewhat “Christmasy” is this t-shirt…
The t-shirt’s theme is a mixture of TheDark Knight and The Nightmare Before Christmas. The graphic is a Tim Burton-like image of the Joker. It is actually a pretty cool t-shirt.
As a Christmas bonus (I guess), GeekFuel provided a double-feature downloadable game with two games, Devil’s Bluff and Bloo Kid 2. GeekFuel usually provides you with some type of downloadable game with each box and this month you got two games. Pretty cool!
I would say many GeekFuel subscribers enjoyed wrapping their Christmas presents in this really cool wrapping paper. It is the right colors to work for Christmas yet, it could work for birthdays or any other occasion, as well.
Last, but not least, we have the GeekFuel Magazine that has some pretty cool content about Star Wars, The Simpsons, and an Ultimate Geek Gift Guide. And for some subscribers, they received in their box tickets to see Star Wars at the movies! We, however, were not one of the lucky ones.
There you have it! We really liked this box with some great items, as usual. We rarely get a GeekFuel box we don’t really like. Head over to Geek Fuel and make sure to you our referral link to save $3.00 off your first box.
GeekFuel offers a monthly subscription, for $17.90 + S&H, which comes with a box packed with limited edition toys, collectibles, games, comics, stickers, buttons, and other fun stuff. While the contents vary by month, you will ALWAYS get an exclusive t-shirt in your shipment.
