A man in California is facing intense criticism online after a video from his gender reveal celebration began circulating on TikTok, showing him spraying blue smoke directly toward his pregnant partner’s face as guests watched. The clip shows the couple standing outdoors beneath a leafy garden arch, surrounded by friends and family who had gathered to witness the reveal. Each of them held a handheld smoke canister, which they activated at the same time, releasing thick blue smoke into the air to signal that they were expecting a boy.
However, as the smoke continued to billow, the man appeared to turn his canister toward his partner and spray it in her direction. The sudden cloud hit close to the woman’s face, causing her to turn her head away almost immediately. She even stopped spraying her own canister and appeared momentarily stunned by what had just happened.
Probably realizing that his action may have crossed a line, the man quickly stopped spraying and moved toward his pregnant partner to check whether she was okay. Fortunately, it appeared she had not been injured, as she later tried to get even with him by spraying some of the blue smoke back toward him, which he laughed off.
