This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

More and more Genshin Impact leaks are coming in, even weeks before some update release. The information discusses possible changes, a new Fontaine map, and enemies. This time, Genshin Impact 4.2 leaks bring what could be the next weekly boss, its fight mode, and even the stages that players will have to go through. Here we have prepared all the information about it.

Genshin Impact 4.2 New Weekly Boss Might Be Related to Tartaglia or the Abyss

Tartaglia, aka Childe, is a main character during Liyue’s Archon Quest. He’s part of the Fatui Harbingers and obsessed with fighting after getting lost in The Abyss. Ajax met a mythical narwhal in this place and found it amazing, which is why it is the same animal as his ulti. The curious thing is that the Genshin Impact 4.2 leaks show that our fight will be in an infinite celestial sea domain and that the weekly boss is also a narwhal.

So this creature could be the one described by Childe, or that the Traveler has entered the Abyss somehow. Because in the second stage appears, an enemy like Black Serpent Knight or Halfdan after the curse. This warrior seems able to summon creatures like Hat Jellyfishes and some kind of water wolves.

According to leaks, the battle will have 3 stages where you will face aquatic animals while the Abyss warrior will attack the player without a break. There needs to be more information about the boss’s connection with the story, the location, and what material it will drop.

But remember that the weekly bosses are essential to get the ascension materials for some characters. So you must be alert to see which characters will need you to fight against the Genshin Impact 4.2 weekly boss.
