A new week means new Genshin Impact leaks and this time Lynette and Lyney are the protagonists. If the names are new to you, it is because these characters are not even released yet. While they appeared in a trailer a while ago, all we know is that they hail from Fontaine, the nation that is rumored to arrive when the 4.0 version gets here. However, leaks show what elements and weapons Lynette and Lyney will use in Genshin Impact. This is huge as it shows that HoYoverse is working hard for the next big nation. While there isn’t a set date yet, we can’t wait to play with these new characters.
Leaks show that Lynette will be a 4-star character and Lyney a 5-star character in Genshin Impact
According to the leaks, Lynette will be a new 4-star character in Genshin Impact. She will use a sword and will use the Anemo element. On the other hand, Lyney will be one of the future 5-star characters of Genshin Impact and will use a bow with the Pyro element. This combination is nice and we can expect both of them to arrive under the same banner. Again, there’s no set date yet, and these are just leaks so be ready for any last-minute changes.

Sumeru is still surprising us with many things, and we even know there’s a new character coming in a future version who is a new Geo user. We don’t think HoYoverse is quite done with this nation as leaks also suggest there are more parts of the map coming soon. Still, we are glad that these leaks focus now on Lynette and Lyney in Genshin Impact. These two characters have been a mystery for a while and now thanks to this information, we know more about them. So, let’s prepare for whenever their banner gets here but in the meantime, there’s still a lot to do and explore in this game.
