Georgia Woman Documents Scary Moment Unstable Driver Follows Her Sister Home After Road Rage Incident: ‘If you’re Being Followed Never Go Home’

He should never have done this

Unfortunately, a lot of people have zero patience behind the wheel. The smallest inconvenience can set someone off, and sometimes they wildly overreact. That’s why road rage incidents are so common and why so many of them end in fights, threats, or even weapons being pulled.

But there’s another level of road rage that’s even more alarming when an angry driver decides to follow someone all the way home. That’s exactly what happened in a situation documented by a Georgia woman whose sister became the target of an unhinged driver.

Her sister had been heading to the woman’s house when the other driver, instead of letting the situation end on the road, tailed her the entire way. When she finally pulled into the driveway, the Georgia woman came outside and filmed the frightening scene with her sister still sitting in her car, and the angry driver parked right beside her in his own vehicle, refusing to leave.

The man clearly wasn’t up to anything good, because he looked at the Georgia woman and said, “Alright, let’s go then,” as if he were challenging her to start a fight. Her sister was still trying to pull into the driveway while he lingered in the street, refusing to back off. Instead of walking away or de-escalating the situation, the woman kept yelling at him something that could have easily pushed things toward a physical confrontation. Maybe she wanted to show she wasn’t scared, but the whole exchange could have gone very wrong, very fast.

During all of this, her sister stayed inside her car, arguing back and forth with the man, though it was hard to hear exactly what they were saying. The Georgia woman repeatedly told him to leave, reminding him that there were children present. After several tense moments, he finally sped down the street.

Honestly, he shouldn’t have followed her home in the first place.

People Reacting to the Georgia Woman’s Video

A lot of people found it crazy that anyone would follow someone to their home just because something happened on the road. Many also blamed the Georgia woman’s sister for going home despite knowing that she was being followed. “If you’re being followed never go home,” one person wrote. Another person said, “Driving home when you’re being followed is crazy.” Someone else added that no one should follow another driver home because this could end badly for them. “Also, never follow people home. You don’t know what they got at that house or who all lives at that house,” they said.

Many viewers pointed out that the driver had far better options than following someone home. “He pulled up for what?? If you swear someone hit your car, get the license plate and keep it moving, period,” one person commented.

Despite the criticism, a few people tried to justify his behavior, asking, “What your sister do?? I feel we never go into that. Time for people to start understanding that their actions can have a reaction that they might not want.” But even if she had done something to upset him, the correct response would’ve been simple: call the police.

Instead, he chose to follow her home, escalate the situation, and potentially put two women and the children nearby in danger. No matter what prompted the argument, tailing someone to their house is never the answer. It could have ended terribly if the sisters had felt threatened enough to defend themselves. In the end, he was completely in the wrong, and everyone agrees he should have just driven away.
