We are exactly one week away from getting the long-awaited and several-times-delayed Gotham Knights game. After what was definitely a long wait, players will be able to don the suits of either Batgirl, Robin, Red Hood, or Nightwing. The Gotham Knights launch will be packed with things. Mainly the single-player story with its drop-in, drop-out co-op 2-player mode too. However, the developers announced today the Gotham Knights co-op mode will be expanded in November after its launch. So, if you thought that Gotham City was explorable only with another player, worry not. There’s something coming that’ll let all Gotham Knights play together.
Gotham Knights Co-Op Mode Will Include a 4-Player Mode in November
On the official Twitter account, the developers have announced the Heroic Gauntlet mode to release after Gotham Knights’ launch. This mode will allow up to 4 players to join forces and take on up to 30 waves of enemies. According to the official post, it’ll be a standalone version outside of the main campaign. This is great for those who have more friends playing the game and want to do more stuff in Gotham Knights‘ co-op mode. Also, it seems that the mode will be free so that’s something else to rejoice about.
Gotham has thrown down a new gauntlet. Heroic Assault, the free 4-player co-op experience, is coming to #GothamKnights November 29, 2022. Learn more at https://t.co/cDNfcheGrw pic.twitter.com/v3tU7DQvPh

Gotham Knights: Minimum PC System Requirements Revealed
The game has had a strange development cycle with several delays before the actual Gotham Knights launch date was set. However, we think that it was for the best. The game will now launch for next-gen and PC only. Something that we think is good due to the limitations the previous hardware has. Now, with just one week away, we are all hyped about playing the game. Sadly, we already know some of the main story’s plot has been leaked but we hope that doesn’t stop people from playing it. Let the season of game releases begin with Gotham Knights taking the lead and God of War Ragnarok, Resident Evil Village’s DLC, and Sonic Frontiers after that.
