Nearly a year after being released from prison, Blanchard is enjoying her newfound freedom by traveling as much as she can with her boyfriend. Over on Instagram, the Life After Lock Up star revealed she and Urker recently took a trip to San Francisco. After seeing a video of the couple having fun together in California, Blanchard’s followers couldn’t help but comment how she looks so much happier now.
Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ken Urker Spend Some Quality Time Together Ahead of Baby’s Arrival
Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ken Urker, who are currently expecting their first child together, recently traded their home in Louisiana for a fun trip to the Golden State. On Thursday, Oct. 10, the ex-con posted a photo of her and Urker posing in front of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. For the outing, Blanchard dressed casually in a white t-shirt, black leggings, and a pair of sneakers. Meanwhile, Urker opted for a black hoodie, a pair of jeans, and brown loafers. “The view was incredible, but the company made it unforgettable,” Blanchard wrote alongside the picture.
In a follow-up post, Gypsy Rose Blanchard shared a video of her and Urker walking through Fort Point. The national historic site offers a perfect view of the Golden Gate Bridge, which makes it ideal for photo ops. During the clip, Blanchard and Urker were all smiles as they took in the beautiful sights of San Francisco.
Blanchard’s followers commented that she appeared to be doing great following her prison release and split from Ryan Anderson. “I’m so happy she’s healing,” a fan wrote. “U deserve all the happiness,” another person said. “Live your best life,” read another comment.
The reason Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Ken Urker were in California was due to the ex-con being invited to speak about prison reform at San Francisco State University. The discussion comes ten months after Blanchard was released from prison in December 2023.
