The Argent Skull is one of the finest weapons to have in your arsenal if you’re challenging the Titan of Time in Hades 2. The weapon allows for heavy damage only by throwing explosive skeletons, which is quite handy for range attacks. To unlock and build the Argent Skull, however, you need to do some legwork and gather a portion of Bronze and Glassrock in Hades 2 with the Crescent Pick tool.
How To Build The Agent Skull Weapon in Hades 2
The Altar of Ashes in Crossroads is where you can equip the Arcana cards and give Melinoë the weapon she needs. There are a total of 6 weapons available in the early access version of Hades 2, and the last one of them on the list is Argent Skull. You must have unlocked the Surface gate and gone all the way to Tartarus to have the Argent Skull as an option in the game.
Unlock the Argent Skull on the weapons list by progressing through the story in Hades 2. Done that? Then, you are set! Now, let’s follow the path to build this weapon step by step.
- Find The Crescent Pick. The Crescent Pick requires only 1 Ash to build, and you’ll unlock its recipe by making progress in the game. Don’t worry about it; before you get to open the gate to the Surface, you’ll have this tool unlocked.
- Find Bronze. Congratulations on finding the Crescent Pick in Hades 2! Now you can start mining Bronze without a problem in the game. Bronze is one of the materials you’d find on the Surface and the city of Ephyra in Hades 2. Keep an eye on the piles of Bronze in your encounters on the Surface, and mine them with your Crescent Pick. You can mine some Silver too if they’ve got your attention.
- Find Glassrock. The Glassrock isn’t a super-rare material in Hades 2, but you’ll have to travel past Erebus and Oceanus to reach it. This material is crucial for building the Argent Skull weapon and upgrading it in Hades 2. And you’ll need the handy Crescent Pick to mine it. You’ll come across piles of Glassrock in the Mourning Fields.
