Heidi Klum‘s model daughter Leni Klum sparked concern this week as she updated her Instagram with a promotional photo that was heavy on the denim. The 19-year-old model and daughter to America’s Got Talent judge Heidi is followed by 1.9 million on Instagram, and her Monday share gave a nod to her latest brand deal.
Modeling a skimpy, all-denim outfit for clothing brand Replay, Leni showed off her super-slim figure as she posed for a stunning shot, but she didn’t take long to have fans wondering if she’s too thin. Her followers appeared shocked, with one even asking her where her “organs” are.

Shooting the camera a fierce gaze as she posed in profile and from a studio, Leni showcased her minuscule waist as she modeled a classic-fit pair of blue jeans.
Rocking the shirtless trend adored by Hulu star Khloe Kardashian, the Dior Beauty ambassador ditched the top in favor of a jacket-only look, lifting it up a little as she raised her hands above her head.
Further drawing the eye to her slender torso on account of her her jacket riding up, Leni also flaunted the model looks she’s inherited from German-born supermodel mom Heidi, wearing her hair down and sporting a catwing eyeliner.
Fans Say She’s Too Skinny
Addressing fans, Leni wrote: “IT’S BACK! Replay’s first ever jeans are making a comeback. 9zero1 is the perfect denim!”
While the post gained over 46,000 likes in five hours, it also attracted concerned comments. “God is this thin.. take care of yourself little one.. 😢,” one worried fan replied. “Bro but where are your organs,” another said, with a third asking if this is Leni’s “body” or whether the photo had been “edited.”
“That’s extremes skinny,” a further fan replied. Leni has not responded to the comments.
Leni had Heidi continue to make headlines for jointly fronting luxury lingerie brand Intimissi. The mother and teen daughter duo posing in lingerie has sparked backlash, but Heidi has defended the whole thing. The 50-year-old called the shoots “fun,” adding: “To do photoshoots together with her and just to see how she’s just very comfortable and also comfortable around me even when we’re doing underwear shoots or something like that.”
Heidi added: “It makes me proud that my daughter is super comfortable in her skin also in front of me and around me because not every kid is in the world.”
