On Thursday, Anime streaming service HIDIVE announced it would be streaming the anime series Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero. The series will premiere on April 9th. The series is an adaptation of a light novel written by Sakuma Sasaki and illustrated by Asagi Tosaka. Studio Silver Link is producing the series, and Kazuya Aiura is directing.
The story of Level 1 Demon Lord and One Room Hero follows the character Akira Oda. He finds himself transported to a parallel world. In this new world, Akira is granted the title of “Demon Lord.” But, he quickly discovers that his powers are limited to level one. Despite this setback, Akira is determined to make the most of his new life and become the greatest Demon Lord he can be.
Along the way, Akira meets a cast of colorful characters. This includes Rikka, a skilled warrior who becomes his loyal companion. He also meets other Demon Lords who have their own powers and abilities. Akira must also contend with the forces of the Kingdom, who see him as a threat to defeat at every turn.
