Getting into a car accident is stressful enough without tempers boiling over. Most people expect the back-and-forth to be about insurance and responsibility, not insults about who belongs in the country. Yet one Hispanic woman in Georgia shared a TikTok video where another driver could be heard hurling comments widely viewed as racist after their cars collided. The woman explained that the other driver had rear-ended her vehicle.
In the clip, the Hispanic woman can be heard saying, “B**ch, I’m American though,” as she walks toward the back of the other woman’s car. The driver responded in anger, even calling her a “non-driving illegal lying b**ch.” Laughing, the woman repeated that she was American. When the driver noticed she was being recorded, she shouted, “Oh record me, I don’t care.” A moment later, she also leaned out the window and added another insult, yelling, “You’re a f**king immigrant b**ch.”
According to the Hispanic woman who filmed the whole encounter, police arrived soon after. She said officers told her a report would be ready within a few days so she could file an insurance claim. She also mentioned she had attorneys in Atlanta prepared to help if needed.

The footage left netizens outraged. Some felt that the driver needed to face the consequences of her actions. One commenter demanded, “Find her!! Expose this clown 🤡.” Another insisted, “We need to find out exactly who she is (and where she works 👀). You can’t spiel racist rhetoric and think it’ll go unpunished.”
Others focused on supporting the Hispanic woman. “I’m so sorry this happened to you. There are truly some terrible people out there. The irony is the only lies were coming from her mouth 😢. Stay strong. We are better than this 💪🥺,” one person wrote. Another added, “So sad… us minorities should be sticking together.”
