As many of you are well aware, Hitman 3 is stuffed full of various challenges for you to complete. These can range from accidental methods of assassinating your assigned targets to wearing every uniform within a specific level. Needless to say, completing these can take time but are one step closer to 100% completion of the game. For today’s Hitman 3 guide, we’ll be focusing specifically on how to complete the Venting Some Stress challenge in the Chongqing level.
How to Complete Venting Some Stress in Hitman 3
The Venting Some Stress challenge requires you to assassinate Imogen Royce by poisoning her air supply. Sounds like a nasty way to go if you ask me. Regardless, this is a complicated process that will require some intricate steps on your part. You will also need to smuggle in a lethal poison of some sort, however you may choose to do that. Make sure at some point throughout these next steps that you grab said poison. Other than that, the first step involves making your way to the dumpling restaurant located within the level. You can’t miss it with the two big yellow signs located above. Head on in and overhear a man being rather upset about his trip to Chongqing. Now you can go for his outfit and story to make your way in there, but I like opting for the roaming dumpling cook’s outfit when he’s on the right side of the restaurant.
If you choose to go that route, the code for the keypad above is 0-1-1-8. Once you’ve made your way inside, head down but don’t go to the security checkpoint like Hitman 3 hilariously suggests. Instead, make your way to the left side and through the server room marked Server Room A-01. Hack the panel inside and grab the tier 1 access dongle from the desk of the guard conveniently turned around. From there, make your way back to the stairs back up.
This time, head past them and make your way through the tier 1 door. This will bring you down another set of stairs, which you want to head left off of towards the break room. You’ll see two people in the break room but before you head in and take a disguise, turn on the glass panel using the terminal on the right of the door. Then, turn on the air conditioner and wait for one of the analysts to come to check on it. Once they’ve made a fool of themselves, subdue them naturally and hide them in the server room. Now, you have an outfit to move through this area safely.

Now that you’re a very respectable facility analyst, make your way past the break room and down the hall until you find three people on computers. Hack said computers and they’ll all decide it’s break time rather than work time. Needless to say, Imogen Royce will not be pleased by this. After a while, she’ll notice them on break and head in to scold their laziness. In classically ironic Hitman 3 fashion though, she’ll decide it’s time for a break. This is your chance. Head back to the server room and send the lethal poison throughout the ventilation system. All that’s left is to turn on the air conditioner and watch as Imogen breathes her last breath.
