While it might not be as big as Genshin Impact yet, Honkai: Star Rail has managed to get a lot of fans behind it already. We think that this is thanks to the fame that HoYoverse has accrued after all these years, and this will be great for the new game once it launches. Even if we’re still a few weeks from the official launch, the people behind the upcoming turn-based RPG are starting to promote their characters. Today we got the official demo video of Himeko for Honkai: Star Rail. One of the characters that are coming when the game releases this month.
Honkai: Star Rail Released the Demo Video of Himeko
If you think that Honkai: Star Rail will be the same as Genshin Impact, that isn’t right. During the recent showcase, we got to see a lot of gameplay mechanics that set the game apart. Even if the style is almost the same, the gameplay isn’t. This game will be a turn-based RPG with semi-open-world environments. We think that one of the biggest similarities so far is that the upcoming title is a gacha-game, which means you’ll be spending money or grinding currency to pull for the best characters.

We imagine there’ll be more in the coming days, so let’s watch for more news about this next big RPG.
