Beating Astaroth in Diablo 4 requires careful positioning, constant movement, and a combination of defensive and offensive strategies. Come prepared, stay patient, and adapt your tactics as needed. Here are a couple of tips:

  • Stay away from the head end of the mount and instead evade underneath or behind Astaroth. This positioning will increase your chances of survival.
  • Constant movement is critical to avoiding Astaroth’s area-of-effect attacks. Pay attention to markers indicating where these attacks will land, and steer clear of those spots.
  • To beat Astaroth in Diablo 4, be patient during this challenging boss fight. It will take time and effort to wear down Astaroth, so remain persistent.
  • Dodge into Astaroth and attack its rear whenever possible. This strategy will help you avoid some of its attacks while dealing with damage.
  • Consider using an Elixir of Fire Resistance to mitigate the damage from Astaroth’s fire attacks. The Elixir of Fire Resistance is especially effective in this battle.
