The first thing you need to do is head to the Gatorade Gym. Once you’ve arrived, you will receive an information letter about how the training system works. Make sure you read this well because it contains critical information about changing your body type.

Gatorade Gym’s training system is explained as follows;

”Welcome to the backstage gym. In this gym, you have the chance to upgrade your badges, gain an additional turbo meter, and sculpt your body. Once you have badges equipped, you will be able to upgrade 1 for each workout you complete. However, feel free to start training even if you don’t have any equipped yet. Remember, achieving three stars or better on five workouts will reward you with an additional turbo meter. Lastly, putting in the work here will upgrade your body type. After 50 stars, you’ll have access to your 2nd body type. After 100, you’ll have access to all 3. You can change your body types in the appearance menu.”
