This article is over 1 years old and may contain outdated information.

One-Armed Robber is a free-to-play heist game that certainly isn’t the most realistic game you can play in this genre, but it is one of the funniest. In some of the heists you have to check the guard’s phone or you will trigger the alarm. It can be confusing for some players, so here’s how to check your phone in One-Armed Robber.

Checking in a guard’s phone in One-Armed Robber is quite simple, but the game doesn’t do a great job of explaining it. When you take down some guards in a heist, their phone will be dropped and a counter will start on it. If it reaches 0, the alarm will be triggered and the heist is busted.

To prevent this from happening, you must follow these easy steps and then you’re good to go:

  1. Pick Up the Guard’s Phone with Your Empty Hand

  2. Find the Nearest Check-in Point on the Wall (The Photo Above)

  3. Keep the Phone Close to It for A Few Moments

Afterward, the timer on the phone will be stopped and you can continue your heist. However, bear in mind that all the cameras must also be shut off, otherwise they can locate you while checking in the phone and trigger the alarm as well. There is also a chance that other guards will also have phones that you must check in as well.

That is how you can check in guard’s phone in One-Armed Robber. Just in case you need to review the basics of the game, you can find the Tutorial option from the menu. But for more complex situations, check our website for thorough guides.
