After a while, you will discover that the best way to find Arlan is to let Peppy track him down using his smell, which is familiar to Peppy since they’ve spent quite a lot of time together. Your next quest step will be to follow Peppy, who will take you directly to Professor Capote.

Professor Capote will accidentally let some information slip about Arlan, and you will have to press him for information to the best of your ability. By the end of your conversation, you will receive Master Capote’s Fan Reply Card, Master Capote’s Limited Edition Snapshot, and Master Capote’s Life Wiki.

Take the three items back to Asta, who will have you look over all the clues with her, and finally, keep following Peppy. Head to the Navigation menu and locate the place marked by a purple waypoint. From there, teleport to the Reception Center to find Peppy again.

Speak with Dan Heng once the battle is complete, and he will give you Arlan’s ID Pass, Broken Ceiling Tile, and Footprint.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
