This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

In the Battle Plans DMZ mission, you need to dead drop two different items. You’ll need to find the Cargo Ship Instructions and Konni Battle Notes in order to progress in this DMZ mission. These items are not so tricky to find, and you can probably locate them on every DMZ map. However, Shadow Company is here to help! Here’s a complete guide on how to complete this Tier 1 mission.

  • Find and dead drop 3 Konni Battle Notes.
  • Find and dead drop 3 Cargo Ship Instructions.

To start the Battle Plans DMZ mission, you need to choose a map that has the most Konni Group soldiers on it. That’ll either be the Al-Mazrah or Vondel. You can still finish this mission by choosing Ashika Island as well, but the chances of finding all the items you need in one deployment will be lower. Now let’s get right to the point:

You can find Konni Battle Notes in DMZ Strongholds. These notes are in the position of the Konni soldiers on each map. After you kill some of them, you’ll find a large item in the shape of white paper on the ground. Pick up three of these, and you’re good to go. Now for the next step, we recommend that you dead drop each set of items as soon as you get them. This is because if you die while having these in your backpack, you’ll need to find them again in another deployment.

There are many dead drops in each DMZ map. But if you’re struggling to find them, you can look over this guide for all the Vondel map dead drop locations. And take a look at the related post below on how to find all Al Mazrah dead drops. Try to loot the Strongholds near these areas so that you can store the Konni Battle Notes faster in the dead drops.

You’ve probably found the Cargo Ship Instructions while searching for the Konni Battle Notes in Battle Plans DMZ mission. These items can be easily found inside the Strongholds as ground loot. Even the AI targets might drop them after a kill. Find three of the Cargo Ship Instructions in DMZ, and dead drop them to complete your mission.

The Battle Plans DMZ mission will reward you with a contraband TAQ-V weapon, and 5,000 XP to progress through ranks and Battle Pass. The Shadow Company will be happy to have you on the squad, soldier. Now if you’re interested in doing more assignments for this faction, you can continue your progress with this Season 5 DMZ mission.
