After you venture outside of the Hogwarts Legacy school grounds, you can complete Side Quests like Birds of a Feather. In order to find this quest, you’ll have to travel pretty far South, all the way to Marunweem Lake, where you will meet Marianne Moffett, who seems to be quite interested in saving a very specific Diricawl. However, Marianne can’t do it herself and will need a bit of assistance from you. Thanks to your training from Deek, you’re the perfect student for the job! Keep reading to learn how to complete the Birds of a Feather Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy.
Hogwarts Legacy: How to Complete the Birds of a Feather Side Quest
Before you begin the Birds of a Feather Side Quest, you’ll need to make sure that you have reached at least Level 13 and you have completed the Tomes and Tribulations Main Quest and The Elf, the Nab-Sack, and the Loom Main Quest. Then, make your way down to Marunweem Lake.
Speak with Marianne Moffett
When you first arrive in Marunweem, you will find Marianne Moffett walking around talking about saving a Diricawl. Speak to her and she will put you on the task of saving Gwyneira.
Rescue Gwyneira
Now, you’ll have to follow the quest marker to the Diricawl Den where Gwyneira can be found. Once you’re there, you have to wait until night time so that you can catch Gwyneira and bring her back to Marunweem. If you need to wait until night time, you can do this by pulling up your map and using the button marked at the bottom right-hand side of the screen that allows you to wait.
When you approach Gwyneira, pull out your Nab-Sack and catch her just like you would any other beast and get heading back to Marunweem to speak to Marianne Moffett once more.
Return to Marianne Moffett
When you return to Marianne, you will complete the quest and be rewarded with Galleons, Appearance items, and 180 XP.
