Although the world of Sanctuary is full of cruelty and endless death, it is not without love and kindness. A parent who loves his child will not exchange precious minutes spent together for any money, and the Blood and Sweat quest in Diablo 4 shows that these are not just words. Upon discovering the torn corpse of an unknown person in the middle of Qara Yisu Stronghold, you will also find a letter that never reached the recipient.

Blood and Sweat is a side quest that is available after you reach the third story arc. In addition, your character level must be at least 45. After completing these requirements, you must go to the Ruins of Qara Yisu Stronghold and fight with all the enemies and the mini-boss to win back this place from the evil creatures. Please note that regardless of your level. The level of the enemies will be two more. So, if you have 45, all enemies will be at least level 47.

Once you have completed this difficult path, head to the southern part of Qara Yisu Stronghold. Not far from the corpses of demonic creatures and next to the scaffolding and piles of stones, you will notice a torn corpse, which is hardly recognizable as a person. Also, you will find a Bloodstained letter near the corpse, and reading it, you will accept the Blood and Sweat quest.
