After reading the “Spectacular Progress Is Being Made” lore note and then talking to the Carpenter in Enshrouded 1.0, you will have unlocked the quest “Bridge Construction Report.” Your goal is to find the Carpenter’s treasure he hid inside the middlemost pillar of the Braelyn Bridge. This could stump some players, since it might not always be clear which pillar is in the middle, and finding the treasure can be a little confusing.
Enshrouded Bridge Construction Report Chest Location
Before we tell you what to do, let’s briefly mention what you should not do in the Bridge Construction Report. Avoid searching the Braelyn Bridge’s upper walkway or digging around the top of the pillar. The chest is at ground level underneath. You’ll be breaking through some voxel rubble, so remember to bring your Pickaxe. Using your Glider to reach the bottom will make the descent below a little smoother as well.
As mentioned, you’ll be digging the ground beneath Braelyn Bridge within the Shroud. For reference, the middlemost pillar you’re looking for is the third of five. Make your way to the Enshrouded area below and search the north-facing side of the pill; there, you’ll see the suspicious pile of rubble the quest speaks of.
Whip out your Pickaxe and get to work, digging horizontally into the area directly below the base of the pillar, not straight down. You’ll eventually find a small underground chamber underneath with the treasure chest the Carpenter wrote about. Open the gold chest to receive your well-earned loot!
Besides the instructions of Enshrouded’s Bridge Construction Report quest being unclear, one thing that might confuse players is the quest marker. It’ll say ‘Location Above’ when you’re actually in the right place if you’re searching around the base of the pillar in the Shroud.
