The Case by Case DMZ mission is a Tier-5 Crown faction objective that challenges you to the ultimate task. In this assignment, you need to extract three DMZ weapon cases in Vondel, Ashika Island, and Koschei Complex’s bio bunker. However, there’s a catch; you can’t die. Case By Case DMZ Mission Walkthrough
- Find and extract the Koschei Complex weapon case.
- Extract Ashika Island Weapon Case.
- Kill The Bullfrog, and extract the Vondel map’s weapon case.
The mission’s objectives are all straight, only tasking you to exfil with three weapon cases. However, as soon as you pick each case, the whole map will be alerted to hunt you down! Even in the dark areas of the Koschei Complex, the other players might be coming after you to take the weapon case. Now let’s jump into details on how you can accomplish the Case By Case DMZ mission Without fail.
Koschei Complex bio bunker weapon case: The DMZ weapon cases are usually in the position of an AI enemy commander. For Koschei Complex, that commander is The Sniper. You’ll find this boss in the Factory Wing area, where you need to kill The Rhino first before reaching the sniper boss. If you’ve completed the Hunting Party DMZ mission for the Crown faction, then you’re familiar with these two bosses.
The best ways to take down The Rhino and The Sniper are by using heavy weapons like a KV-Broadside shotgun or doing dirty tricks like bringing some Bomb Drones and blowing up the taskmasters. After you kill The Sniper in Case By Case DMZ mission, you’ll achieve a Secure Room key. This is the key to the bio bunker in the same area, and it has valuable loot plus the weapon case in it. Pick the case, and exfil as quickly as possible. Remember that achieving the Koschei Complex’s bio bunker DMZ weapon case is the hardest of all. And that’s why its better to begin with extracting this case first.

Ashika Island weapon case: There’s a boss called the Bombmaker in Ashika Island. He doesn’t do anything in particular with bombs, and neither does he attack you with rockets. But he’s in a heavily guarded Tsuki Castle, and you’ll need to take down many guards to reach him.
The first thing you need to do is to bring in a DDOS and heavy explosives to destroy the Wheelson. This little demon moves around the Tsuki Castle and shoots a mini-gun that will drain your health bar in a flash. Just DDOS near it, and put some C4s on it to blow. If it didn’t explode, use that KV-Broadside shotgun to show the machine who’s the boss on this Island.
Next, you’ll have to press the Square/X button near the Wheelson to hack open the Tsuki Castle’s doors. There are lots of mines, claymores, and sentry guns in this area. The Bombmaker carrying the weapon’s case is waiting for you upstairs. Note that he’s not a big deal in comparison to The Rhino and The Sniper, and you’ll kill him with a few shots of your KV. Pick the case and exfil to mark the second objective of the Case By Case DMZ mission as complete.

Vondel weapon case: Vondel has a tricky boss to deal with, but we have an ultimate way to kill this drifting commander. The bullfrog is your target here, and he does not have a certain location to find him. In fact, he enters the map, riding inside a heavily armored vehicle. He jumps in and out during each match, and the best you can do to stop him is by setting an ambush.
Get some money by doing contracts, and then buy a Precision Strike or Mortar Strike from Buy Stations. Next, track where the Bullfrog is moving, and then all the air support ahead of him. Piece of Cake right? That’s how you can destroy this boss in a flash. However, you can still try and follow him in a car to shoot the Bullfrog down. But still, you need to do your job as quickly as possible to exfil, and not alert the others. Once you exfil with Vondel’s weapon case, the Case By Case DMZ mission will be complete.
