To accept the Cave Mushrooms That Glow side quest, head to the eastern part of the game world and take Rito Village as your starting point. Next, go to the east exit of the village and go straight along the central road. After passing under a high rocky arch, turn left, and you will find yourself at the entrance to Brightcap Cave. You can also use fast travel to the Oromuwak Shrine and use the Paraglider to glide straight to the cave. At the entrance to the cave, you will meet two girls and can accept the Cave Mushrooms That Glow quest.

To complete Cave Mushrooms That Glow side quest in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, enter Brightcap Cave and collect ten mushrooms of the same name. Brightcap Mushrooms grow on walls and floors, so you’ll collect ten quickly.

You may have to go deep into the cave, but that’s more good than bad. At the end of Brightcap Cave, you will find a small temple. You only need to make a fire or use arrows with Fire Fruit to burn the thorns near the temple. Upon entering the temple, you can open the chest and get a Frostbite Shirt.
