One of the Crown faction Tier-3 objectives is the Explosive Ordnance Disposal DMZ mission. This assignment has only one task to complete, but it requires nerves of steel to accomplish. In fact, you either need to team up with another player, or just camp for hours in different matches, waiting for enemy operators to start a Destroy Supplies contract. However, in this guide, we offer you the best method you can use to complete this mission.

What Are The Objectives of The Explosive Ordnance Disposal DMZ Mission?

  • Defuse a bomb planted in Destroy Supplies contract by other players in DMZ.

The mission looks simple, doesn’t it? But how often do you run a Destroy Supplies contract? It’s certainly not a fan favorite among the DMZ players. Still, in order to complete the Explosive Ordnance Disposal DMZ mission, you actually have to find another team of online players planting a bomb, eliminate them during their assignment, and then defuse the bomb.

However, there’s a method in the DMZ mode that allows you to complete this rather simply. All you need is a solid teammate or, in other words, a friend who won’t betray you during the match.ย

Co-Op Method:

Before you jump into the match, find yourself a teammate. Add your friend to the lobby, and tell him about the Explosive Ordnance Disposal DMZ mission that you have. Now once you enter the match, your first objective has to be finding other enemy operators. This is not for killing them, but to send your friend over to plant a bomb for you!

If you can trust your enemies to plant the bomb and let you defuse it, do it. If not, the best plan is to tell your friend to get into another team. It’s best if you could communicate via a voice chat application just to prevent any miscommunications after your teammate leaves the team. Pop UAVs and activate UAV Towers to find the enemy operators, and tell your friend to request to join them.

Your teammate needs to hold the ping button on D-Pad to see the ping wheel menu. Then he can use the right stick to choose and send a request to join the nearby operators. After that, he can just go around and start a Destroy Supplies contract and send your the coordinates to defuse.

Solo method:

If you want to complete this mission solo, the situation is totally random. The first thing you need to do is to search around the Supply Contracts area to find the bomb sites. After that, you need to wait until an enemy team starts a Destroy Supplies contract and then eliminate them to be able to defuse the bomb. You can also activate UAV Towers to find enemy operators, track them, and wait for them to plant a bomb by chance.
