The Fuel Shortage DMZ mission in Warzone 2 Season 4 is a Tier-1 White Lotus objective. This mission is quite simple, but it still requires you to do two related tasks. You need to know how to siphon gas in DMZ and how to refuel the vehicles. Here in this guide, we’ll show you how to complete the Fuel Shortage objectives and use the gas can in DMZ while inside the vehicles.
What Are The Objectives of The Fuel Shortage DMZ Mission?
- Siphon gas can occur on Ashika Island.
- Refuel a vehicle using a gas can in Ashika Island.
The gas can is an item you can find in the DMZ maps’ gas stations. But for this particular DMZ mission, you must head to Ashika Island and find a gas can there. There are various gas stations across the map; you see an example of a gas can in the image above.
Now the first thing you need to do is to find a vehicle. A car, jet ski, motor boat, or anything mobile will do the trick. Bring your vehicle to a gas station, and pick up a gas can from inside. Next, hop into your car, and open your backpack. What you need to do here is to refuel your vehicle using the bag by pressing the RS/R3 button while selecting the gas can. This will drain fuel from the can, and you can siphon the gas in DMZ.
If you do the refuel and siphon process correctly, you’ll receive a message for your tasks’ completion. You will not need to exfil successfully to complete the Fuel Shortage DMZ mission in Warzone 2 Season 4. However, you must be careful while doing this mission because when you stay in your vehicle and try to refuel or siphon the gas, the enemy players and AI will still notice your presence. While in the car or any other vehicle in DMZ, you’ll be marked as live red targets on the map. This will alert the other online players in the lobby to find and eliminate you quickly.
