The Infrared DMZ mission in Warzone 2 is the final Tier 4 Redacted faction task. This mission is your ticket to the Tier 5 Redacted missions, and its objectives are completely in the new Koschei Complex area. Like the previous Tier 4 DMZ missions, you’ll face many Level 3 enemies while doing the Infrared mission in Warzone 2 DMZ. What Are the Objectives of the Infrared DMZ Mission?

For the first objective of the Infrared DMZ Mission, you need to reset the security system at the Koschei Complex. But before that, there’s more that you should know about this Tier 4 story mission. First, you’ve got to pick up two jumper cables and two car battery items. These items are necessary for this mission, and we’ll return to it later.

Once deployed on the Al-Mazrah map, find the required items and equip the best weapons you have in your arsenal. After you gear up, now it’s time to go towards one of the Koschei Complex entrances. Next, you need to follow the pointers on the wall until you reach a location in the mid-section of this area. Here you’ll find an upload station, just like the ones you find when completing an Intel contract. Press the interact button in front of this device, and your first objective is over.

Where to Find The Locked Cache in Koschei Complex

For your second objective in the Infrared DMZ mission, you need to go to that dark place that connects the four areas of the Koschei Complex. Once inside, stick to the right side, and continue through. You’ll come across two big airlocks that need electricity to open. Remember those car batteries and jumper cables? Now is the time. Place them on the fuse box on the wall, and the airlock will open.

Enter the area called the Factory Wing. Here you need to proceed and fight the enemy targets until you reach a set of stairs. Now once you’re up the stairs, you’ll come across a green door. You need to use an L2 Keycard here, which can be found around the Complex if you loot.

Now comes the hard part. You’ll notice some lasers in the room when you open the door. If you shoot or pass them, the cache will be locked. What you need to actually do here is to jump and go prone under the lasers and loot the documents inside the cache. If you triggered the alarm, you need to go back and reset the security again to open the cache lock.

Now once you get the documents inside the cache, you need to make your way toward one of the elevators that get you out of the area. After that, you are done with the Infrared DMZ mission in Warzone 2 and can access the Tier 5 Redacted faction tasks.
