The Joku-usin Shrine is located high in the sky on the Thunderhead Isles. However, there is a thunderstorm in this zone, so if you try to get to Shrine by brute force, you will die several times. Therefore, we recommend you complete the Secret of the Ring Ruins quest first.
After that, you can use the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower to get to the Thunderhead Isles. Then head south until you reach a floating island with Shrine. You need to build a “mine cart” of planks and Zonai Fan and then use the Ascend ability to get to the Joku-usin Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom. For convenience, you can follow these coordinates:

How To Complete Proving Grounds: Short Circuit
Each Shrine Challenge in the game has a unique name that describes its essence. For example, in Joku-usin Shrine you have to complete the Short Circuit challenge. - Pick up a Wooden Stick and a Long Stick at the start.
- Then destroy the Constructs closest to you. So you can get the Bow.
- Pick up Shock Fruits and items that your enemies will drop.
- Then run to the end of the Shrine and climb up the ladder.
- There you will find a Shock Emitter. Attach it to your weapon, and now you are ready for the real battle.
