- Find the Praise of High Morals. There are many locations in the game where you can get this item, but we recommend you check out the Wardrobe when you first arrive at the Goethe Hotel)
- Then use Praise of High Morals. It can also be done in a few places, but the very first and easily accessible one is the fountain in the Administrative District.
Spend the Praise of High Morals to get the Treasure Fountain so no one will judge you. As a result, you will receive useful resources, and Karmic Wheel and The Kelly Gang achievement in Honkai Star Rail. Exploring the locations further, you can find and use a few more Praise of High Morals, but without getting new achievements.
