After completing the Pilgrimage quest and moving around all the Idols, it’s time to work on Light’s Judgment in Diablo 4. Light’s Judgment is the fourth quest out of five in the Pilgrimage chapter of Act 1: A Cold and Iron Faith. Once the Pilgrimage is complete, you must travel to the Alabaster Monastery and submit yourself to Inarius himself for judgment. Hopefully, he will bless you, but I wouldn’t hold your breath! Keep reading to learn how to complete Light’s Judgment in Diablo 4.

First, you will have to enter the Alabaster Monastery. Though, it’s rather conveniently located. After you complete the final Idol during the Pilgrimage, you will find yourself right outside the Alabaster Monastery. Head to the North just a bit and enter through the Alabaster Monastery entrance. Doing this will also reward you with 5 Fractured Peaks Renown.

Once you are inside, you will need to climb the stairs of the Hall of Ascension. This will take a little time, as only a few flights of stairs exist. On your way up, you will pass Brother Orlin, who says, “Kneel before him! And remember, you are small, wonderfully small!” After passing Brother Orlin, you will pass three more flights of stairs and finally approach the Portal of Father’s Radiance in Light’s Judgment.

Now, enter the Portal of Father’s Radiance to submit to Inarius. A cutscene will immediately begin, and you won’t have any control after entering the room. Inarius will ask you why you approach him, and you explain that you need to traverse the Black Lake, which requires his blessing. However, Inarius could be more enthusiastic about granting you his approval. You finally tell Inarius that Lilith has already entered the ancient city, and you will try to stop her with his blessing. Inarius shuts you down quickly, states that you are weak, much like the rest of your kind, and dismisses you without further conversation. After the cutscene, you will appear outside the Portal of Father’s Radiance again at the end of Light’s Judgment.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
