He can be found in the throne room ofย Zora’s Domain. Suppose you can’t teleport to Zora’s Domain. In that case, you can glide there with the help of your Paraglider fromย Upland Zorana Skyview Tower, the nearest sky tower.
- After completingย Sidon of the Zoraย main quest, talk to Sidon to unlock the Secret Treasure Under The Great Fish.
- Turn around, and you will see a long bridge. Follow this bridge, and you will see a waterfall below you when you reach the middle.
- Jump down to the water and swim to the back side of this waterfall.ย

- Eventually, you will see another waterfall during your descent. Go behind this waterfall too.
- Behind this cascade, you will find yourself inside a chamber with a chest. Open this chest and obtain theย Vah Ruta Divine Helm.
Be careful not to wear the Zora Armor Set while completing this mission. This is because if you wear theย Zora Armor Set, you will not be able to pass through the waterfall, as it will cause you to move up the cascade.
