That’s precisely why Tish thinks her brother Reth is hiding something from her. Whether Tish learns the truth depends entirely on your spy skills. So, let’s explain how to complete the Secrets, Secrets quest.

Secrets, Secrets Walkthrough – Palia

You’ll first need to reach level three friendship with Tish to unlock the Secrets, Secrets quest. This can be done by talking to her daily and gifting her items like a Treasure Chest, Silk Thread, Pearls, Leather, and more. I also completed her friendship quests, which helped a lot. After that, the Secrets, Secrets quest will be unlocked for you.

Here’s what to do after:

Visit Reth
Once you claim it, go to Reth and complete his Piece of Cake quest. This means that you will have two related active quests simultaneously.
Befriend Reth
Your friendship with Reth must be high to claim the Piece of Cake quest. Just like with Tish, chat with Reth, give him gifts, and keep good relations with Ashura. He likes Sweet Leaf, Wild Garlic, Potatoes, Onion, and many more cooking ingredients.
Complete Piece of Cake
After you claim Piece of Cake, you must pick up and deliver a secret package to Tamala. This is where you’ll know about Reth’s secret. Ruth is running an undercover business to support himself and Tish. He is smuggling cargo with Zeki and others.
Return to Tish
Tish doesn’t know Reth’s secret, and it’s up to you to tell her. Return to Tish, and you’ll have three options: telling her the truth, hiding it, or leaving being a spy altogether. If you tell Tish the truth, your friendship with her will grow.
Make a Decision
