As we said, The High Spring and the Light Rings start in the Sky Islands area, so you must get there to start the quest. Head to the southeast slope of Mount Lanayru to the Spring of Wisdom. On the way to Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, you will meet NPC Nazbi and accept The High Spring and the Light Rings quest. After that, head to Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and use it to launch yourself up into the sky.

Having reached the peak point, look around and fly to a small sky island in the ice cream cone shape. You can find a Zonai Sled Shield near one of the island walls, and you should pick it up before continuing the quest. Once you have the Snowboard Shield in your hand, approach the Zonai Pedestal in the center of the island and interact with it to start the challenge. To complete The High Spring and the Light Rings in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you must sled on your shield down a snowy slope through the green rings. Here’s how to do it.

  • You will fall off the island passing through the first ring, so use the Paraglider to land softly. Follow the green glow that guides you to the next ring once you land.
  • Going down to the foot of the mountain will unlock the Zakusu Shrine and complete The High Spring and the Light Rings.

Tears of the Kingdom is available on Nintendo Switch.
