The sequel to Zelda is finally released, and it has all the best features from the previous series, including the variability of the gameplay. Despite the same difficulty level, players can solve puzzles and fight enemies in a variety of ways. Moreover, you can find different Shrines that will teach you new tricks. So, read on to find out how to complete a Windy Device in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

How To Unlock the Ishodag Shrine Puzzle

Tears of the Kingdom has over a hundred different Shrine locations. Some of them contain enemies, and some will require you to solve puzzles. Ishodag Shrine belongs to the second type. In addition, you can find it fairly easily at the Hyrule Field near Quarry Ruins. Just climb the rock, and you will enter the Ishodag Shrine location.

How To Complete a Windy Device in Tears of the Kingdom

Ishodag Shrine is also called Windy Device in Tears of the Kingdom. This name directly tells you what the Shrine puzzle will be about. So, you will have to become an engineer for a bit.

The first puzzle in Ishodag Shrine is simple:

  1. You must use the Ultrahand to move the Windy Device against the wall and then hit it. 
  2. The Windy Device will start working and create a wind current, on which you can fly up and go further into the Temple.

The second puzzle is also quite simple:

  1. You must attach the Windy Device to the raft to cross the pool.
  2. You must turn the Device so that it blows backward.
  3. After that, jump onto the raft and hit the Device to swim across the pool.

Now, you need to open the Treasure Chest: 

  • It is attached to the vertical platform, so you need to attach two Windy Devices to this platform on the opposite side of the Treasure Chest. 
  • Then activate devices to level the platform. 
  • Similar to the first puzzle, use the third Windy Device to fly up to the Chest. Open it to will get Opal.

For the final puzzle in Ishodag Shrine, you need to attach two Windy Devices to the lift. We recommend that you attach them to the sides so that you can activate them while on the lift. Once you get to the top, you can get the Light of Blessing and complete the Ishodag Shrine in Tears of the Kingdom.
