You can complete the Medical Mule mission in Warzone 2 DMZ by delivering  20 Stims and 10 Emergency Rations to the drop location right of the Sa’id City Mall, in sector D6 of the map. Then you must collect 5 Self Revives and extract them from the mission area. Here are the steps you need to follow.

1. Once you have accepted the mission, Launch the game in DMZ mode and go to the  Al Sammam Cemetery.
2. Collect 20 Stims. You can find Stims in Medicine Cabinets and any bathrooms.
3. Collect  10 Emergency Rations. They are primarily available inside refrigerators. Generally, every house has a fridge. If you need to find them quickly, check inside the Yum Yum burger Restaurant.
4.  Once you have collected enough medical supplies, deliver them to the drop location.
5. Then collect 5 Self Revives. You can quickly get them from Buy stations or  Supply Stashes. Every buy station might not have  Self Revives. If you can’t find it in one buy station, go to another.
6.  Once you have collected all the Self Revives, extract them from the mission area.
