Completing The Necluda Sky Crystal quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom can be extremely difficult and end in frustration. If you drop the Crystal from Sky Island, it will be much more difficult. So be sure to save the game when doing quests like this or trying out new solutions in TotK. Otherwise, hours of work can go to waste. Completing The Necluda Sky Crystal quest will unlock the Kumamayn Shrine. You will then receive Rauru’s Blessing, and you can get the Zonaite Bow there. Without further ado, here is how to complete the Necluda Sky Crystal and how to defeat Flux Construct III in TotK.
How To Unlock Kumamayn Shrine in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
The location of this Crystal is between Taran Pass and Keya Pond on the Surface map. The exact coordinates are located at 2856, -2858, 1212. After touching the Kumamayn Shrine and activating the quest, you’ll need to move to the other side of the island. There will be a boss called Flux Construct III. You can get on top of it by jumping on the trampolines next to it. Then you can steal the Necluda Sky Crystal on it and go straight to the Shrine.
However, this is not recommended because Flux Construct III drops Zonai Devices such as Zonai Charge, Steering Stick, Cannon, and Light, which are extremely useful. Best of all, Flux Construct III drops a Core. Fuse this with Sturdy Wooden Stick, and you get a Club with 37 Damage.
When you get the Green Crystal from Flux Construct III, you need to use the springs to launch it to the island where the Kumamayn Shrine is located. Then you can also launch yourself from this device. However, make sure to save the game before throwing Necluda Sky Crystal to the opposite island because it might fall elsewhere.
Once you’re on the other side, grab the Crystal and approach the Kumamayn Shrine. You will then receive Rauru’s Blessing and you can find a Zonaite Bow in the chest inside.
How To Defeat Flux Construct III in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom
Flux Construct bosses are cube-shaped bosses. And these bosses try to damage you by changing into different shapes. Flux Construct III has a weak point and Necluda Sky Crystal on top. This weak spot looks different from the other cubes, and you can easily identify it when you see it.
The weak cube has 3 red holes in it. To defeat Flux Construct III, you must use your Ultrahand ability to grab and separate it from the enemy’s body. The boss will then fall to the ground in pieces for a while. During this time, you can damage the boss by striking the weak cube.
That’s all you need to know about how to defeat Flux Construct III and how to complete the Necluda Sky Crystal in TotK.
