This article is over 2 years old and may contain outdated information.

Every year, games like Phasmophobia participate in the holiday season by releasing holiday events, like the Holiday Event 2023. This year’s holiday challenge can be completed in order to earn exclusive holiday rewards that can’t be found anywhere else in the game. While it doesn’t seem like that big of a deal for a few cosmetic items, wouldn’t you like to be able to show off your skills in the game with a sick badge and trophy by completing this difficult challenge? I sure think it’s worth it.

There are a few steps required when it comes to completing the Holiday Event in 2023. This year, the Phasmophobia Holiday Event takes place in Summy Meadows. It’s not the easiest map, I know. But, do you really expect it to be simple? There will be different locations that are marked by a snowman sticker that you can find mysterious parts at. Each part can be combined to build a device. Once your device is built, you must destroy all of the dancing snowmen.

  1. Enter into the Sunny Meadows Mental Institution map on any difficulty.
  2. Collect the three mysterious parts throughout the map.
  3. Go to every location that is marked by a Snowman sticker.
    • There are seven total maps that include dancing snowmen, marked by Snowmen Stickers.
    • 6 Tanglewood Drive
    • 42 Edgefield Road
    • 10 Ridgeview Court
    • 13 Willow Street
    • Grafton Farmhouse
    • Bleasdale Farmhouse
    • Camp Woodwind
  4. Head back into the Truck to grab the new device that was built with each of the mysterious parts.
  5. Destroy all the dancing snowmen that you come across using the new snowball gun in each of the maps listed above.
    • 36 Dancing Snowmen in 6 Tanglewood Drive
    • 38 Dancing Snowmen in 42 Edgefield Road
    • 38 Dancing Snowmen in 10 Ridgeview Court
    • 33 Dancing Snowmen in 13 Willow Street
    • 55 Dancing Snowmen in Grafton Farmhouse
    • 42 Dancing Snowmen in Bleasdale Farmhouse
    • 34 Dancing Snowmen in Camp Woodwind
  6. Claim your new Holiday ’23 card Badge and Trophy.

It can be pretty tricky to keep track of all the Dancing Snowmen you eliminated, but once you eliminate the last one in each map, your screen will go dark. At this point, it will start snowing outside, and a cursed hunt will trigger as soon as you finish them.

Phasmophobia is now available on PC.

Jordan is an experienced fantasy writer who spends hours behind her laptop, and lost in the pages of a book. She strives to be a successful gaming blogger, and has no complaint about the hours of game time she used to increase her knowledge of all things “geek”. She primarily writes gaming articles and fantasy novels. Ark: Survival Evolved is a favorite, along with Diablo 3, Warframe and Minecraft lately, though you can’t forget the good old Magic the Gathering card game! Writing about games truly gives her joy as it gives her another perspective to look at games from, a reason to really look into the mechanics of the game.
