Want to know how to complete the Rito Rope Bridge in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom? Tears of the Kingdom has a large open world filled with various quests. Some of them are long and some are short, but they are all part of the world and tend to affect it. For example, when you arrive at Rito Village for the first time, you can’t get to it the easy way, as the bridge is destroyed. However, as you progress through the game, you can fix it by completing the corresponding quest. So, read on to learn how to complete the Rito Rope Bridge Quest in Tears of the Kingdom.

How To Start the Rito Rope Bridge Quest

Rito Village is located in the Hebra region, and the only entrance to it is from the east side. You can quickly get there by traveling to the Oromuwak Shrine. If you do not have it unlocked, you can fly to this place from the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower. For convenience, follow these coordinates:

  • -3293, 1805, 0121

However, you need to complete the Temple of the Wind before you can start the Rito Rope Bridge quest. If you have already done this, just listen to Gesane and Juannelle. They will talk about a carpenter who lives at Lookout Landing. But they can’t remember his name. The only clue you will get is that the carpenter’s name ends in “son.” After this dialogue, you will start the Rito Rope Bridge quest in Tears of the Kingdom.

The first thing to do is to go to Lookout Landing, so just fast travel to Lookout Landing Skyview Tower. The carpenter you need can be in several places, depending on your actions:

  • The first location is north of Lookout Landing. You will need to help Karson fix the roof of the stable. To do this, attach the board to the roof. Then talk to him again so he goes to the destroyed bridge near Rito Village.
  • If you helped Karson earlier, he’ll be sitting near the Lookout Landing Well. Talk to him to send him to work.

After that, you need to get back to Gesane and Juannelle. But when you arrive at the place, you will find that the carpenter forgot to take the materials, namely 20 Wood. And yes, you have to collect these materials for him to complete the Rito Rope Bridge. If you already have enough Wood, then you’re in luck. If not, you have to cut trees in the forest in front of the bridge. And since one tree drops 1-2 Wood, it can take quite a long time.

Once the materials are collected, give them to Karson. He immediately gets to work and builds a bridge several times stronger than the previous one. After that, you will complete the Rito Rope Bridge quest and receive 100 Rupees from Gesane as a thank you for your help.

That’s all you need to know about how to complete the Rito Rope Bridge quest in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Even though this is a fairly simple quest, it can take quite some time to find the carpenter, so follow our advice to find Karson. In the meantime, take a look at our guide on how to defeat Ganondorf.
