There are all kinds of different puzzles you will encounter in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Light puzzles are one of the themed puzzles you will have in the Gerudo region of Hyrule. Sometimes, these are not the most fun to play around with, but they shouldn’t be too difficult. In the sky of this area, entering Starview Island will reveal a complicated light puzzle. Here is how to unlock the Mayasiar Shrine and complete the Starview Island puzzle in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom.

The best way to complete the Starview Island puzzle in Tears of the Kingdom is to follow the light beam until its end.

  1. Start with the circular platform in the middle of the room. Light is being shot out from the side of this, so turn it until it hits a mirror to the north.
  2. After you do this, the beam will bounce up toward the ceiling and hit another mirror on the opposite side of the room. Spin this mirror until it bounces back across to another mirror on the opposite side.
  3. Like before, follow the path and begin spinning this mirror to find a mirror to keep it moving forward.
  4. This is the second to last mirror you will be spinning for this puzzle. Before you spin it back towards the mirror on the original central platform, turn it so it shoots the light to the pad to your northwest. A gate will open after keeping the light concentrated here for a couple of seconds. Walk inside and open the treasure chest to get a Sage’s Will.
  5. When you grab your Sage’s Will, return to the previous mirror and turn it to the center platform. Now all you need to do is spin the center platform so that mirror is directed at the light pad above you. Suppose it isn’t already in the right position. In that case, the beam will go out for a moment until one of the other light sources moves toward that original mirror again.
